EXCELerating into the Future
Frenchman Paul Valery said, "The trouble with the future, is that it is no longer what it used to be." The "impossible" has become "normal." Trends once measured in years are now taking place in months, weeks ..... even days. "EXCELerating" (anticipating change and then performing faster at greater levels of effectiveness) is a necessity to improve bottom line results! TIME & SPEED are to the new millenium what money was to the `80s; "working harder" is no longer the concern because WORKING DIFFERENTLY WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE is the only way to get results; "satisfactory" has become unacceptable because EXACTLY RIGHT is the only thing people will pay for; people are being encouraged to UNLEASH THEIR CREATIVITY; and, "jobs" are rapidly becoming a non-issue, replaced by people working on PROJECTS, in TEAMS.
