Phil
Steffen will work WITH YOU to make sure
his presentation, be it a keynote or workshop, is
done "exactly right" ... customized to
achieve your unique and critical objectives. You'll
get his "Pre-Program Questionnaire"
(further down this page) with detailed
questions about your organization, key individuals,
what's happening in your industry, future trends
affecting those in attendance, etc. Phil also will
request you send him literature from your
organization (even videos) that will inform him
further about your business. Armed with your answers
and information, Phil then does additional research
to learn even more about your industry, your
organization. Phone conversations between you, Phil
and other key individuals in your organization will
give him even more knowledge. Phil will even "go
into the field" if necessary and visit with
your people to make sure he has the proper feel and
understanding. You want the presentation to be
"exactly right" and so does Phil. His
mission is to .... EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS!
